The Staffing Supply Chain Survey from Osborne Clarke has found clear evidence of AWR claims commencing in the industry. Data from an online survey carried out between 18th May and 19th July found just under 30 per cent of respondents reporting to have had a claim threatened or received. According to the lawyer company, these figures are in keeping with their own experience of the legislation.
