In 2007 the management team decided that they needed to set themselves apart from other agencies by becoming more efficient in everything that they do.
As a result the company invested in a new software system, TempID, which is used to make bookings, keep drivers details, and store tachograph and Working Time Directive details.
The company looked at various recruitment software packages but realised that it had to be a package that was developed by ex-recruitment professionals from their sector as they understood exactly what was needed and how a system should work.
After discussing the various platform options they decided to go down the route of a terminal server installation with dumb terminals from the various branch locations all connecting into their head office in Bristol.
The new system streamlined the whole front to back process ensuring that data was entered only once without duplication.
At the push of a button all workers and pay rates are automatically transferred to Sage 50 Payroll and likewise all Clients and invoices transferred to Sage 50 Accounts. Prior to this there were multiple entries of data costing time and money. Now the business has gone from strength to strength and is looking forward to continued growth throughout its business network."
