TempID gives you total control over the tracking, monitoring and logging of tachographs and gives you the flexibility to supply drivers with either paper or digital tachographs.
As paper tachos are returned, you can log them against each individual driver. You can also log disclaimers should the tacho not be returned. If after 28 days the tacho has not been returned TempID will give you notification that it is overdue. There is also a report that can be produced to show outstanding tachos.
For digital tachographs, TempID automatically differentiates the return policy from paper tachographs taking away hassle and saving time on administration.
TempID also controls and logs infringements for each driver. You can produce mail merge letters direct from TempID to the driver detailing the offence.
